Image Makers Image Takers - Anne-Celine Jaeger

This book systematically examines what motivates and inspires today's photographers and what make's them succeed. It reveals how some of the world's leading  photographers, from the fields of art, documentary, fashion, advertising and portraiture, actually work, explores what it is that picture editors, curators, gallerists, agency directors and publishers are looking for when they choose an image.

Not far into this book I realise that the photographers I've read about so far seem like pretty ordinary people who have followed their passion, some trained most that I'v read about so far have been self trained, but this absolute love of taking pictures is an obvious trend, also I note that they haven't really followed any rules but have the ability to notice things that others may not, I'm looking forward to reading further.
